Which products should I use for thinning or fine hair?
Problems with thinning hair, should always be referred to a G.P. as there may be a medical explanation, especially if your hair loss is sudden.
Styling tips for fine or thinning hair
Smooth rollers such as covered-heated rollers or sponge cushion rollers will help create a bend without mechanical damage. Self-fixing rollers are the worst for breakage as they pull the hairs out by catching them. Hot tongs are lethal. If they are too hot for your fingers, they are too hot for your hair! The right cut, the right styling techniques and the right product can really make a difference. How hair is dried will also make a dramatic difference.
